President Alexander Stubb of Finland will visit Tampere on Wednesday, September 18. During his visit, Stubb will tour the Logistics Institute of the Finnish Defence Forces to learn about its operations. Following the inspection, he will have lunch with city officials and representatives from the defense industry. In the afternoon, Stubb is scheduled to speak at the University of Tampere, where he will also meet with students. Additionally, he will participate in a panel discussion on culture at the Tampere Adult Education Centre, Sampola, which will be led by the city’s cultural director, Sampo Terho. The day will conclude with a visit to the technology company Insta Group.
