Meteorologists have warned of the potential for heavy rainfall and strong winds in certain areas, which could lead to flooding. The situation is reminiscent of the recent floods that primarily affected the Jönköping region. It is difficult to predict precisely which areas will be hit the hardest. However, the prediction is that there might be up to 30-50 millimeters of rain in a short period. For Gotland, this could rise to as much as 60 millimeters.

Along with the heavy rain, strong winds are expected to accompany the storm, possibly reaching gale force in the Baltic Sea. By Sunday, the rain is expected to ease and move further inland.
