Cargo ship Lidan added to Faroe Islands’ international shipping register

A brand-new cargo ship has been added to the Faroe Islands’ international shipping register.

The vessel, named Lidan, has a gross tonnage of 2,926 and measures 85 meters in length.

Built in the Netherlands, Lidan is owned by the Swedish company Thunbolagen. In the Faroe Islands, Thunbolagen operates under the name Thun.

The company currently owns a total of ten ships registered in the Faroe Islands.
