The Social Services Agency is preparing to send children abroad when it is deemed that they will receive the best care possible. This statement was made by Edvard Heen, the director of the agency.

Currently, three children are set to be sent out of the country, as reported by Djóni Nólsøe Joensen, a government minister, in parliament yesterday.

The issue received additional attention earlier today during a segment focusing on the case of a 15-year-old boy who is to be placed in an institution in Denmark against his will.

For more details, the full radio interview with Edvard Heen can be heard through the news broadcast.
