Police investigate firearm incident in Espoo, Finland

The Western Uusimaa Police reported on an incident that occurred during the night between Wednesday and Thursday, spanning multiple locations in Espoo. Several patrol units were involved in the operation. According to police, one individual brandished a firearm during the incident; however, no injuries were reported.

The man who used the weapon was apprehended in Leppävaara, a district of Espoo. Following the events, police have initiated a preliminary investigation into the matter. Additional patrol units from the Helsinki and Eastern Uusimaa police departments also participated in the response.
