Bus catches fire in Skutulsfjörður, Iceland, all passengers evacuated safely

A bus caught fire today in the Westfjords region of Iceland. All passengers managed to evacuate safely, and no injuries were reported.

The incident occurred around 4 PM on the road near Tungudal in Skutulsfjörður. Local authorities closed the road while firefighters responded to the blaze and conducted an investigation at the scene.

After the passengers were rescued from the burning bus, they were transferred to another vehicle. Images from the incident show the bus severely damaged by the fire.

Fortunately, everyone on board escaped without harm.
