Lottery announced for land plots in Hamrabøi, Kollafjørður, Tórshavn

This fall, a lottery will take place for four plots of land located in Hamrabøi, Kollafjørður.

These plots are part of a subdivision established in 2017 and are being returned to the Tórshavn municipality.

The plots range in size from 500 to 600 square meters and are priced between 245,000 and 265,000 Danish kroner.

It should be noted that the plots have not been excavated or planned.

If additional plots from the subdivision are returned to the municipality, they will also be included in the lottery.

The deadline to register for the lottery is October 21 of this year.
