Strike threatened as negotiations stall between Arnfinn Bech’s Association of Engineers and Anita Fuglø’s KAF in Norway

A strike may become the only option if the parties cannot reach an agreement. This is the statement from Arnfinn Bech, the chairman of the Association of Engineers, following the suspension of negotiations between the Association of Engineers and the Municipal Employers Association (KAF) concerning the engineers at SEV and IRF.

Although a mediation office has been involved in the discussions, no progress has been made.

Anita Fuglø, the leader of KAF, confirms that there is currently no communication between the parties.
