Navia purchases building in Vágsbotn, plans to retain store’s character

Navia, a wool retail company, has purchased a building that it will take over on Tuesday, and all indications are that the store will retain its distinctive character.

“We’re not changing the building, but we will undertake necessary renovations and some upgrades so that residents and others will still recognize the store,” said Óla Kristian á Torkilsheyggi, the manager of Navia.

In addition to the store in Toftum, Navia operates a shop in SMS and plans to continue its operations there as the new store in Vágsbotn is added to the company’s portfolio.
