On September 17, the Business Register will send companies to the bankruptcy court for compulsory liquidation if their annual reports for 2023 are not submitted by that date.

Companies are required to submit their annual reports by June 30 at the latest.

As of September 2, a total of 184 companies had not submitted their annual reports.

All companies and their management members received a warning in early July.

The warning stated that the company would be sent to the bankruptcy court for compulsory liquidation if the annual report was not submitted within four weeks.

Last year, the Business Register referred 75 companies to the bankruptcy court.

In total, 231 companies had failed to submit their annual reports for 2022 by September 1 of the previous year.
