Woman injured in bicycle accident at Ritudalsberghola on Kallsoy

On Saturday afternoon, a woman on a bicycle fell in the Ritudalsberghola on Kallsoy.

The rescue team in Kallsoy entered the tunnel to assist her. A helicopter subsequently airlifted her to the National Hospital for examination.

Over the weekend, several boats required towing assistance.

On Friday morning, Ziska responded to a boat that had suffered engine failure, located to the east.

On Friday afternoon, Arun towed another boat with engine problems, also located to the east, back to shore.

On Friday evening, a small boat experienced a stoppage near Froðba, with two teenagers onboard.

The northern rescue organization from Suðuroy dispatched two boats to search for the stranded vessel. The boat was quickly located and towed to Tvøroyri.

On Saturday evening, another boat halted at Hagaleitið, with two people onboard. Ziska assisted and towed the boat back to shore.
