Man arrested after shooting incident near preschool in Oslo

An 18-year-old man was arrested following an incident where he allegedly fired shots, having previously left a placement at a residential facility. During the shooting, a window of a nearby apartment was struck. Fortunately, residents of the apartment were home at the time, but no one was injured.

Just 15 meters away from the window that was hit is a preschool, where children were outside playing. They were quickly moved indoors as a precautionary measure.
