Weather conditions in southern Iceland are expected to be mild today, according to the latest forecast from the Icelandic Meteorological Office. Light winds from varying directions are anticipated, resulting in dry and bright conditions in many areas. However, the northeastern region may experience some precipitation until midday.

Temperatures are predicted to range from 8 to 15 degrees Celsius, with the warmest temperatures found in the southern part of the country. The weather will start to change this evening as clouds will begin to build up from the south.

Tomorrow, light winds from the east and northeast are forecasted. Skies will be partly cloudy, with cooler temperatures, especially along the southern coast where slight rain is expected. Throughout much of the country, daytime temperatures will be around 9 to 14 degrees Celsius, with rain likely developing in the eastern regions late tomorrow evening.

On Wednesday, northeasterly winds or colder conditions are expected, bringing rain and cooler weather to the North and East of Iceland. Conversely, the southwestern areas are predicted to remain dry and reasonably mild during the day. Overall, today’s weather is expected to be calm, with dry conditions prevailing in most regions.
