Negotiations commence between Faroese Employers’ Association and Machine Master’s Association

Negotiations between the Faroese Employers’ Association and the Machine Master’s Association commenced on Thursday, August 15, as both parties exchanged demands regarding the industrial machine masters.

The next negotiation meeting is scheduled for Monday, August 26.

The previous agreement between the Faroese Employers’ Association and the Machine Master’s Association expired on June 1 last year. However, due to unsuccessful negotiations between the Employers’ Association and five workers’ unions, it was decided to extend the agreement until midnight on August 31 this year.

The parties have agreed to meet again for negotiations on August 26.
