Security staff reported for violence at Summer Festival in Norway

Numerous people have shared their unfortunate experiences involving security staff at the Summer Festival on social media, reporting incidents of aggression.

In one case, the treatment received by attendees led to a security guard being reported to the police for violence.

The festival organizers are aware of these incidents.

“We are saddened to hear that individuals have had negative experiences related to the security arrangements at the Summer Festival. We are currently reviewing the festival, including the security operations,” stated Erik Biskupstø, the organizer.

Biskupstø also noted that the organizers have received an unusually high amount of positive feedback from attendees who enjoyed a very good festival.
