Security incidents reported at Summer Festival in Norway

Many attendees at the Summer Festival have shared troubling experiences on social media regarding the behavior of security staff, with some incidents described as aggressive.

In one case, a security guard has been reported to the police for assault.

The festival organizers are aware of these incidents.

“We regret that individuals have had unpleasant experiences related to security at the Summer Festival. We are currently reviewing the festival, including the security arrangements,” stated Erik Biskupstø, one of the organizers.

Biskupstø also noted that the organizers have received an unusually high number of positive feedback from attendees who enjoyed a very good festival experience.
