The prosecution outlined a premeditated plan involving two masked men who opened fire last summer at Stjerneskibet in Christiania. This was presented as part of the case against five men charged with murder and attempted murder. During the shooting on August 26, 2023, a 30-year-old man was killed after being struck by at least 13 shots and was pronounced dead at the scene. Four bystanders, including two women and two men, were also shot, with one man sustaining at least six wounds and remaining in critical condition.

All four accused men appeared in court, declaring their innocence, while a fifth suspect was absent and remains at large, believed to be abroad. Authorities suspect he played a role in the shooting and is linked to the banned gang Loyal to Familia (LTF).

Prosecutor Alexander Scheel explained that prior to the incident, the accused made preparations including acquiring prepaid phone cards, obtaining an escape vehicle, and buying dark clothing. Surveillance footage shown in court captured several accused men with others linked to LTF finalizing the shooting plans the day before.

According to police investigations, the victim arrived at Christiania around 4:20 PM and was dead within three hours. Video evidence revealed two masked men arriving by bicycles and subsequently firing at least 23 shots within five minutes.

The police linked the murder to ongoing gang conflicts between LTF and Hells Angels, with the victim previously affiliated with bands in both groups. The trial is set for 19 days and will feature testimonies from 39 witnesses, with a verdict expected by late November. The prosecution is pursuing a special gang-related charge that could significantly increase potential sentences for the accused if found guilty.
