Documents from Lund District Court reveal that a young individual is suspected of committing crimes, with reports indicating that this suspect is female. The young person’s legal representative, Cecilia Johnsson, confirmed that her client is under 15 years of age and stated that the individual is not in custody. “That’s correct. One cannot be detained if they are under 15 years old,” she said.

The incident occurred shortly after midnight on Tuesday when a police patrol discovered an unconscious woman outdoors during a routine check. Officers began resuscitation efforts and were later assisted by ambulance personnel; however, the woman could not be saved. After one and a half hours, she was pronounced dead at the hospital.

Kenth Pehrsson, the lead investigator for serious crimes in Helsingborg, previously stated that there was significant violence inflicted on the woman’s body. The woman, believed to be between 25 and 35 years old according to police, has not yet been identified. Pehrsson noted that she did not have any form of identification when found. “We found nothing at the crime scene that could confirm her identity, but identifying her is something we are actively working on right now.”
