Girl injured in Vantaa school shooting discharged from hospital

A 12-year-old girl who was critically injured in a school shooting at Viertolan School in Vantaa earlier this April has been discharged from the hospital, according to MTV News.

“We have just received information that she has been released from the hospital very recently. This can certainly be described as a miracle,” said Marko Särkkä, the chief investigator and police commissioner, in an interview with MTV’s evening news program Crime Scene.
