Education board seeks new principal for Giljanes School in the Faroe Islands

The Education Board is currently seeking a new principal for the school in Giljanes.

The school serves a total of 315 students in grades 1 through 10 for the current school year. Additionally, it offers specialized education for 24 students, which is organized in partnership with Sørvágur School, and includes a vocational program aimed at children with educational challenges.

There are 36 positions within the Giljanes School.

The application deadline is November 1, and the role is expected to be filled starting December 1 or as soon as possible thereafter.
