Klaksvik municipality to hold public meeting on comprehensive plan for 2040

The Municipality of Klaksvik has developed a comprehensive municipal plan extending to 2040 and will hold a public information meeting on Monday evening.

In the spring, the Klaksvik City Council approved the initiation of this municipal plan, aimed at ensuring that successive councils can organize and lead the municipality into the future with sustainable and well-founded solutions.

This approach entails that the council’s work is firmly grounded, while all relevant parties will be informed, consulted, and involved in the process, according to the municipality’s statement.
